We are not affiliated with JK Rowling, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, or any other commercial entity related to the Harry Potter franchise, nor is this website intended as a “for profit” venture. Any income we receive through ad revenue or member donations will be used solely to maintain this website (e.g. hosting fees, technical improvements, security features). It will never be used for any other purpose.

Terms of Service
1.) Always Snape strictly prohibits any language or behavior that is considered to be hateful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise intended to harm others. This includes (but is not necessarily limited to) hate speech, bullying, doxxing, harassment, intimidation, and/or blackmail.
2.) We do not permit spamming, particularly for commercial purposes. Additionally, we do not allow hardcore pornography, links to unauthorized downloads (e.g. cracked software, malware, or viruses), or any other material that would be considered harmful or illegal.
3.) We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion. We will of course be more lenient for minor offenses, but those who engage in repeated and/or egregious violations (e.g. the offenses listed above) will a.) have their accounts removed, and b.) be prohibited from reregistering.
Privacy Policy
The information we collect is limited to this website. It will never be shared or sold with third parties, nor will it be used for any other purpose. Additionally, members reserve the right to have their data removed from our system at any time for any reason. If you’d like to have your account deleted and/or data removed, send us an email and we’ll take care of it ASAP.
