Care For Magical Creatures: Biology/Zoology
Ancient Runes: Language
Muggle Studies: Social Studies
Divination: ?
DADA: Self-Defense?
Charms: ?
Transfiguration: ?
Potions: Chemistry/Cooking
Herbology: Botany
Arithmancy: Maths/Numerology
Astronomy: Astronomy/Astrology/Mythology
History of Magic: World History
Care For Magical Creatures: Biology/Zoology
Ancient Runes: Cryptology/Linguistics
Muggle Studies: Anthropology
Divination: Divination/Astrology
DADA: Criminology/Self-defense
Charms: Engineering/Programming
Transfiguration: Microbiology/Genetic Engineering/Molecular Physics
Divination: My go-to real life parallel would be something like tarot reading. If we're talking about school subjects, I'd go for Psychoanalysis.
Charms: Physics. It may be a bit of a stretch, but I see Charms as a foundational science the same way Physics is one.
Transfiguration: Materials Science or Visual Arts (sculpture making in particular).
I agree with @thegestaltprince on the rest with the small correction that Ancient Runes is the equivalent of Classical Languages or even Mathematical Linguistics.
