Malfoy manor staff
Do y'all think that the Malfoy clan employed human staff as well? Or other house elves apart from Dobby? Because having just Dobby sounds weird for a family this posh. Did they employ scullery maids, parlour maids, nursemaids, etc. and were those muggles or wizards? I find it hard to imagine Lucius/Abraxas just doing everything on their own, even if the manor maintenance was as easy as swishing a wand.
I think that, outside of Dobby, the Malfoys probably did most other things given how convenient magic is, but they may have also paid contractors for certain jobs
I have always imagined they have more than one house-elf for houshold work, child care etc. I would find it likely that they hired wizards or goblins as econimical advisors, and wizards for specific tasks like taking care of the estate and the surrounding land. I can't really imagine Lucius or Narcissa cleaning peacock excrement or painting fences, even with magic.
In canon Lucius says "you've lost me my servant boy" when Harry steals Dobby, I guess it can be interpreted as his only servant or one of his servants, so either way is acceptable to me.
