Posting Your Fanfiction: Official Guidelines
Want to share your fanfiction here on the site? Feel free to use either of the following options:
OPTION #1: LINK TO YOUR STORIES
If you post your stories on other sites (as most of us do), you're welcome to create a thread and share the link(s). For multi-chaptered stories, you can also update the thread with links to new chapters as you post them, talk about your writing process, and/or discuss the story with other members.
OPTION #2: DIRECT POST
If you'd prefer, you can post the content of your stories directly on the site.
Thread Titles/Story Info
Your thread titles should be formatted as follows:
"TITLE" (CHARACTER(S) RATING
EXAMPLES:
"Calamity's Shadow" (Severus Snape) K+
"Into Darkness" (Severus Snape, Harry Potter) T
"Out Of the Abyss" (Severus/Hermione) M
NOTES:
* A slash indicates a romantic and/or sexual pairing. Otherwise, use commas to separate your characters.
* Please don't include more than THREE characters in your thread titles. You can add more detail in your story info.
* We use the standards from fictionratings.com. There are no restrictions on content as long as your story is rated appropriately.

If a story is focused on friendship rather than shipping, is the "&" mark applicable, or should a comma be used?
The & mark would be appropriate for that
