Poll: Which of These Three Wizards Would You Have Liked Snape to Meet?

Which of These Three Wizards Would You Have Liked Snape to Meet in the Past?
Libatius Borage
Salazar Slytherin
Tom Riddle

The following three people made a significant impact upon Severus Snape's life: Libatius Borage, author of Advanced Potion Making, Salazar Slytherin, and the boy, Tom Riddle. Supposing Snape could travel back in time, which should he have met and why? What would happen?

Salazar Slytherin because he was THE SLYTHERIN, Snape was always a proud Slytherin and he likely idolized the Salazar and his traits. Snape was an avid learner and he would love to learn the ancient magic and dark arts from him.

While he would have loved meeting the Borage, he already surpassed his knowledge of potions from his correction of his recipies and Slytherin takes more priority.

He had already met and served the adult version of Tom Riddle and would not be keen to meet his younger self.

Only wizard he would have been more interested to meet over the Slytherin would be the 'Merlin'.

Agree with @kris – I'd have to go with Salazar or Merlin. They're the two most badass Slytherins in magical history. The others would be anti-climatic.

I'd say he'd want to meet with Borage so he can tear him a new one for his inferior potionmaking instructions

😂, to be fair it was more the fault of Slughorn for teaching from that ancient outdated book. Snape recommended different authors for his classes and wrote instructions of his own recipies on the board while he was the Potions Master.

The thought of Snape meeting Libatius Borage amuses me to no end, he'd have... Opinions, on the author's potions skills.

But the idea of him meeting Salazar is much more interesting to me.

Snape *did* meet Tom Riddle. Quite a lot actually. I guess you meant the younger version of him, but how young exactly?

When you have the opportunity to meet the famous, awesome, badass, freaking Salazar Slytherin himself, you take that opportunity with your eyes closed.
