Fanfiction Giveaway Ideas!

The first prompt is interesting as well, I have come across many fics where some characters have to travel back to the past and then adopt Tom to raise him properly and prevent him from turning evil.
This one sounds fun; Severus, Lily and Hagrid could form a new golden trio!

Yeah, one fic where Snape and Lily go back to Tom Riddle era is called A Better World by Sharl Legrerg. It's pretty interesting.
@thegestaltprince ah, you just reminded me of it. I followed the story while it was updating but never got to reading it because at the time, I was too busy with other things. Then, I think, the story was completed and without the notifications for the chapter updates I simply forgot about its existence.
Regarding the prompt, what would Snape do with his mom? He has his memories from the future and knows that she'll be miserable with Tobias, so would he intervene to stop her?
@naaga oh Snarity! So did the events play out like canon? Charity gets devoured by Nagini while Snape watches and he dies later in the Shrieking Shack? Draven would be an orphan by the time the second war comes to an end.

A Better World's been on hiatus I think, but I've been waiting for it to update.
As for whether or not he would stop Eileen from getting with Tobias, that's really up to the writer. On the one hand, he would save her from being abused, but he would never be born as a result; on the other hand, he could allow her to be with him but keep an eye on everything and allow for his other counterpart to have a better chance with another version of Lily.
Hey everyone I'm just loveing all the giveaway fun everyone is having but I just want to clarify some giveaway rules.
Plz comment if you don't like the rules or just want me to tweak them a bit let me know what you think and if our Headmistress approves of the rules.
1. To giveaway a Fanfic idea means you have no problems/do consent to let ppl use them anyway they want.
2. This doesn't mean you can not use your ideas, just know that there maybe other fanfics by ppl that also have used your giveaway ideas.
3. Can you take your original Fanfic ideas back?
Yes you can! Just come back to this thread and delete your giveaway post, ( just make sure you screen shot it first.)
4. Also just because you deleted the post that doesn't mean other ppl that has already used that idea have to delete their fics whether they have posted it already or not.
Deleting that giveaway post just stops future authors of seeing/using the ideas.

I think @profiction that I want to take back my idea from this thread. I want to be involved in this fic born of my idea somewhat and although I'll support writer's creativity, I also have good ideas for that potential fic to bounce and feel some degree of involvement would be necessary.
I was scrolling through some of my old ideas the other day, and I stumbled upon some that I'd love to see come to fruition, but it won't happen any time soon if I were the one to write them 😅 They're closer to prompts than fully fleshed out ideas, but maybe someone would get inspired to add to them...
Anyway, here's one of them:
- After the Dementors' attack in Little Whinging [insert reason (I've noted it as accidental magic, but that seems like a rather weak explanation)] Harry ends up 20 years in the past.
- He is found by Mrs Figg, who then sends him to Dumbledore, who in turn sends him to the Evans family
- He gets to meet Snape (bonus points if he somehow ends up living with the Snapes) and draws some parallels between Snape's homelife and his own.
