What about Rubeus Hagrid? I think he was either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff?

Rowling said he was sorted into Gryffindor, which sorta makes sense due to his overall recklessness and prejudice against Slytherins

I definitely see Moody and Barty both as Hufflepuffs on the other end of the spectrum. Both are after Death Eaters who walked free out of a sense of loyalty, justice and fairness, working hard to achieve this. I think this similarity helped greatly when Barty impersonated Moody.
