Promote the forum?

Ok it is a silly question but, since Twitter could be away soon, should we tell people this forum exists? Just not to lose people we met there, I found this forum via Twitter but probably not many people saw that.
Like, would it be ok to promoting it more even thought it is not finished?

The site is finished. We just don't have a lot of content yet because we don't have many active members.
In other words, YES, please promote! Promote anywhere and everywhere you like, as much as you like. I plan to do more promoting myself in a couple weeks… I just haven't had time this month due to NaNoWriMo.
