No, that would be head hopping/taking control of someone else's character. You do have artistic license to describe your impressions of a character, but it needs to be from an outside perspective.

No, you can have conversations. Just let characters speak for themselves rather than putting words in their mouth.

Yes, and remember it's okay to make shorter posts. 🙂 You can say, ask another character a question and hand it off to them, especially if you've written other stuff leading up to that encounter.

That said, I know that going back and forth with one line of dialogue each could get tedious. If you want, you could get together with the other character(s) in Discord and have the conversation in real time. One of you can then post the results... I don't mind that as long as everyone is getting the chance to write from their own character's perspective.

As far as time period... how about we set up a channel on Discord, see if we can recruit a few people over there, then everyone gets to vote on the details?
