Have you considered trying one of our challenges? Drabbles or other short pieces can be a great way to get started, giving you the chance to explore a bit without having to commit to an entire story.
We only have a couple right now, though I'll be posting a new one every Sunday. 🙂
Either way, I really look forward to reading whatever you choose to write. I'm sure it will be awesome!
Out of curiosity, which Snape would you prefer writing for: Snape when he's a student, or Snape when he's an adult?

Writing for an adult Professor Snape would be easier, most of things we know about Snape is this version. Also it won't require making up personalities of marauders' era characters, I can simply use canon characters in a Professor Snape fic as their characters are developed and well known.
Ultimately when my writing skills are more developed, I will love to explore young Snape also. For me both versions of Snape are quite different variations of the same character.
