This piece has always struck me as unique. It's about the half-blood child of Lucius Malfoy, conceived from a rather unsavory situation, and her experience as the sudden "lost" Malfoy in the wizarding world. The author has a way with developing the world through the environment, skillfully weaving plot development and world building into one cohesive quilt. My most favorite scene in this work is early on, with Lucius walking up the stairs and being greeted by the "ghosts" that haunt his family's sordid past.
Oh, also, I love the way how the author paints the wizarding world as not this magical place but, a parallel to the muggle world (just with some wands and magic). Misogyny, sexism, inequality, and various other topics are touched within this fanfiction.
