I was very saddened by the death of Olivia Hussey on December 27, 2024. Especially since she had previously overcome breast cancer, and we live in a society where dying at 73 is pretty early. Hard to reread Juliet's speeches without hearing her voice from the legendary 1968 movie.

Some celebrity deaths touch us more than others.  This one hits hard for me. She was always around. I remember seeing her on Hee Haw when I was a child. R.I.P. Dolly. She wrote over 3,000 songs. This one is probably her most famous. A hit in the 70s and again in 90s made popular again by Whitney Houston.

Yesterday Dolly and today Tim Curry. Like others I wished he would have had a part in Harry Potter movies. I don't know which character, but I just wanted him in the series. Some say Lucius.
