Lord Tyrannicide's Snape MV - Falling To Pieces
Quote from Lord Tyrannicide on July 14, 2026, 6:32 pmThough I have unpublished several fanfictions lingering in my archives, with attention randomised between each of them, I have at least managed to complete this small project!
Just an inspiration from hearing "The Script - Breakeven," with Severus Snape on my mind and instantly connecting him to some of the song's lyrics. Namely, "now I'm praying to a god that I don't believe in," which appears twice in the song and perfectly reflects Snape's begging of Dumbledore to save Lily at the start of his journey to "redemption" and Snape's begging of Voldemort to let him go find Harry before he dies.
I made sure to put effort into ensuring there was solid symbolism and narrative running through like 85% of the clips inside and the way they are organised. It starts of a teensy bit slow, but then, so does the song so... eh.
Haven't made an MV in like 9 years lol, but I thought this one turned out pretty well! The start is always difficult, and the last bit is always difficult, but after you get going it's off the races for the most part. I really liked how it turned out. So, please enjoy, or hate on it as you so please.
