Round Robin Idea Submissions
This topic exists for members who have ideas for Round Robins (either for the sake of having an RR or to bring a WIP to life) to submit ideas for upcoming events, which can then be voted on by interested parties. The format for submissions should be as follows:
Title: insert title here.
Rating: list the rating here based on the ratings here.
Characters: list characters and pairings here.
Premise: include the premise here.

I have to check my bookmarks but what if we continue an abandoned story by another author? The only problem is, most of them aren't active at all and can't be contacted to ask for permission...

I think that if you can contact the author to get the approval then it should be fine.
Permission is absolutely essential
One alternative is simply borrowing the overall premise of the abandoned work and then listing said work as the inspiration for the RR

Premise: Severus gets lost in a magical glade in Hogwarts and finds himself in the 9th century before Hogwarts is built, surrounded by Vikings fighting the Picts.
That's a better option I think. If an author has not answered comments for more than 5 years, I highly doubt they'd come back for my sake 😅

Is this open to all stories then? Not just WIPs but new ones too?
