@kris it's good that I agree with your opinion so much, you save me a lot of time for typing lol

So I would also say Hermione. She practically inhales books and is quite knowledgeable, she  plays an important part in the DA and the boys would be lost without her but if we compare the Golden trio to the Marauders and Severus, none of them are their equals and actually, the golden trio is comparatively boring.

Severus made improvements to his potions school book as a student and invented multiple spells.

The Marauders created the map and all became animagi at a very young age.

Another reason why I love CDT is, it has the trio create sth akin to and even better than the map.

Great minds think alike @darkangel. 😃

Today's discussion: Which one is your favorite non-Snape scene in the books?

Mine is when Hermione solved Severus' puzzle in PS.

‘Brilliant,’ said Hermione. ‘This isn’t magic – it’s logic – a puzzle. A lot of the greatest wizards haven’t got an ounce of logic, they’d be stuck in here for ever.’

While this scene is about Hermione, I've got to appreciate Severus, who preferred wit and logic in designing that puzzle.

My favourite non Snape scene was Neville slaying Nagini like a badass he is, if Harry wouldn't have returned, Neville would've finished the job.

Only lessons?

I would say fake Moody teaching DADA, he actually taught the kids sth.

Not a lesson, but when McGonagall calls Harry into her office to presumably scold him for his insolent behavior towards Umbridge and she offers him biscuits!

Today's discussion: Which is your favourite non-Snape lesson?

This one is tough; I didn't pay much attention to classes not involving Severus.

My choice is Slughorn's first Potions class, where we saw the Half-blood Prince's knowledge in action.

Mine would have to be fakeMoody's DADA lesson on the Unforgivables. It was dark, yet practical. As much as they are children still, it was definitely a lesson they needed.

Today's discussion: Most terrifying non-Snape moment.

I don't think any scene terrified me per say, but I did find the Bathilda Bagshot (Nagini) scene in DH rather creepy.

Today's discussion: Most terrifying non-Snape moment.

The moment when Voldemort was resurrected, I was terrified until Harry managed to get away.
